At Prosjekt Bryllup we combine creativity, structure and local insight to shape weddings that feel as beautiful as they are thoughtful. We work with destination weddings in selected parts of Europe and Scandinavia, and offer two distinct services: WeTailor for exclusive, tailor-made weddings, and WePackage for well-crafted wedding packages with clear boundaries.

Behind Prosjekt Bryllup are Nina Andersen and Jose Ramon Casas Sabaris, two experienced profiles with different backgrounds, a shared passion and a clear goal: to create personal, accomplished and memorable weddings in Norway and Europe.
With experience in wedding planning, international coordination, design, logistics and collaboration with carefully selected suppliers, they offer a holistic approach to both bespoke and destination weddings.
NINA
ANDERSEN
Nina Andersen has a bachelor's degree in education and management. Before becoming a wedding planner, she worked as an educational leader and also held leadership roles in marketing and urban development.
In 2012, she founded her first wedding planning company, Vakre Bryllup, becoming one of the first professional wedding planners in Norway. Over the years, she has organized more than 50 weddings in both New York and Norway, with a particular focus on the high-end segment.
What made her approach unique was her ability to take responsibility for the entire process from securing the very best suppliers to handling every last detail. With a strong focus on quality, she built solid collaborations and efficient routines, which led to VG naming her one of Norway's leading wedding planners in 2017.
In 2018, she sold Vakre Bryllup, but her passion for the industry remained strong. In 2022, she co-founded Prosjekt Bryllup with Jose.
Today, they are well established in the market and offer two main services: exclusive, tailor-made weddings through WeTailor, and pre-customized wedding packages through WePackage, in collaboration with tour operator Apollo Sweden and Norway for destination weddings.
JOSE RAMON
CASAS SABARIS
I am originally from Spain and have lived in Fredrikstad, Norway, since 2021. I have a university degree in business administration in tourism, with experience in sales and hotel management in Spain. In addition, I have a diploma as a specialist in international trade, which gave me the opportunity to develop my career in shipping logistics and eventually move to the office in Oslo.
My passion for languages has led me to live in France, Italy, the United Kingdom and the French Antilles. I am fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, English and Portuguese, and I am currently learning Norwegian.
With my broad work experience and strong language skills, I help build good relationships with local suppliers and partners in different countries. This strengthens communication, creates trust and facilitates a smooth and efficient planning process, especially when working with destination weddings.
Together with Nina, I bring to Prosjekt Bryllup an international perspective, local understanding and a structured approach that is crucial for safe and successful wedding experiences in Europe.

We combine creative direction with structured planning, and follow each couple closely through the process with clear communication, good systems and personal follow-up. The goal is always the same: to create a wedding that feels complete, personal and safe from start to finish.
Through experience from both Scandinavia and international destinations, as well as a strong network of local partners, we facilitate a smooth process and a wedding experience that is experienced as beautiful as it is well planned.
