ARE NINA AND JOSE FROM PROSJEKT BRYLLUP PRESENT AT THE WEDDING?
Yes, Nina and Jose are always present during the weddings. This applies to both the wedding packages in WePackage and the tailor-made weddings in WeTailor.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
Our wedding packages include everything you need for a complete wedding celebration: ceremony setup, aperitif, wedding dinner, wedding cake, drinks, open bar, DJ, wedding photographer, flowers, decor, hair, makeup and a legal wedding ceremony. In addition, you will receive professional support throughout the process and presence on the wedding day with Nina and Jose from Prosjekt Bryllup. The packages have been developed in collaboration with Apollo Norway and Apollo Sweden.
IF WE BOOK A WEDDING PACKAGE FOR 80 GUESTS, BUT ONLY 60 COME, DO WE STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR 80?
No. We create a quote based on 80 guests and the deposit is calculated based on this number. The final payment is adjusted 90 days before the wedding, based on the number of guests who have confirmed they will be attending.
WE WANT TO ADD MORE PERSONAL ELEMENTS TO THE WEDDING, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Yes. Think of the package as a complete basic package with everything you need as a starting point. Many people choose to build on it to make their wedding more personal, and this is entirely possible.
DO ALL GUESTS HAVE TO TRAVEL BY CHARTER AND STAY FOR A WEEK OR MORE?
No. When you book a wedding package, we set up a reservation for the entire group. You will receive all information about travel, accommodation, prices and terms from Apollo, which you can share with your guests. Each guest books directly with Apollo using a reference linked to their wedding. For those who only want to attend the wedding itself and return home afterwards, they can arrange their own flights, and Apollo will help them book rooms at the wedding hotel for the days they need.
THE WEDDING HOTEL WE WANT HAS HIGH ACCOMMODATION PRICES, DO ALL GUESTS HAVE TO STAY THERE?
No, we can offer accommodation at several nearby Apollo hotels. Please note that there will be an additional cover charge for the wedding dinner for guests not staying at the wedding hotel.
WE WANT A PRIVATE WEDDING WITHOUT TOURISTS AROUND US ON THE WEDDING DAY. IS THAT POSSIBLE WITH THE HOTELS IN YOUR PACKAGES?
Yes, this is precisely one of the main reasons why we have chosen these hotels. We have personally evaluated the hotels and their different areas. Based on the number of guests and their wishes, we recommend packages where both the wedding ceremony, aperitif, dinner and party take place in private areas just for you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE OF FLOWERS?
This is a complete offer that includes standard flower delivery. The package includes table decorations, simple ceremony decorations, the bridal bouquet and the buttonhole flower. For more details, please check the questions and answers below.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE OR REMOVE SOME ELEMENTS IN THE PACKAGE, OR IS IT ONLY POSSIBLE TO ADD?
Our wedding packages include everything you need for a complete wedding celebration, while giving you the flexibility to customize the content by adding or removing elements to suit your needs.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE PACKAGE THAT WE HAVE TO ARRANGE OURSELVES?
The only thing you need to arrange yourself is printed materials such as invitations, menus and thank you cards. Travel and accommodation are not included in the package, but Apollo can help you with this.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS OR FEES WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
No, there are no hidden costs in the package itself. You will be given a clear overview of what is included, and any add-ons or personal adjustments will be agreed separately in advance.
WHAT KIND OF ORGANIZATION CAN YOU OFFER FOR A WELCOME DINNER OR ACTIVITY ON FRIDAY?
We are happy to help you organize a relaxed dinner at the hotel or at a nearby restaurant or beach bar. This is a perfect start to the wedding weekend, with 90-120 minutes of food and drinks covered by the bride and groom. The cost varies by destination, but can be kept at a reasonable level.
HOW ARE THE LOGISTICS FOR TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION FOR GUESTS HANDLED?
Apollo tailors group packages for our weddings. Most guests appreciate that flights, transportation and accommodation can be arranged together. For those who cannot take a week-long charter holiday, Apollo can help with hotel rooms, while flights and transportation are booked separately.
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO HOLD A WEDDING, RELATING TO WEATHER CONDITIONS?
The season varies by destination. In Crete, the high season is from mid-May to the end of September. In Rhodes and Santorini, the season lasts longer, from April to October.
DO THE PRICES OF THE PACKAGES INCLUDE VAT?
Yes, all prices in the packages include VAT.
IS THERE CAPACITY FOR MORE THAN 120 GUESTS?
Yes, it is. Contact us and we will provide you with information and pricing based on the number of guests.
