We are Nina Andersen and José Ramón Casás Sabarís, and together we are Prosjekt Bryllup. We are passionate about organizing personal and unforgettable weddings. We believe that all weddings should be the party of the all ages!
Prosjekt Bryllup is based in Norway and offers tailored event planning and consulting services. We have three business branches within our company:
Tailored weddings (WeTailor): We plan and design unique weddings especially for you.
Package wedding (WePackage): Pre-design wedding packages in collaboration with Apollo Sweden and Apollo Norway for destination weddings.
Wedding fairs: We organize, design and produce a new concept of wedding fairs in Norway through Prosjekt Bryllup EXPO.

Nina Andersen
Co-Founder
In 2012 I started Vakre Bryllup, my first wedding planning company. I was one of the first wedding planners in Norway. I have arranged over 40 weddings in NYC and Norway, and in recent years within the high-end segment. What set me apart from other wedding planners was that I took care of everything; from ordering main suppliers to having control over the smallest details. I was (and still am) quality-oriented and built up good collaboration partners and routines. All this took me in 2017 to be mentioned as one of Norway's leading wedding planners by VG.
I also organized several wedding fairs in Oslo and in Eastern Norway, with the desire to bring a new type of fair to the market here in Norway.
In 2018, life took a new turn and I sold the company, letting go of the job I loved.
In the middle of covid, the love of my life came into my life, many years after we first met. We have lived separate lives 3500 km away from each other, but love was always there for both of us. So when we finally got to start our life together in 2021, we quickly came up with the idea of teaming up and becoming a unique wedding planning team. We are now well established in the market with tailor-made weddings, wedding fairs, package weddings in collaboration with Apollo Sweden and Norway for destination weddings, and other exciting projects coming soon.
José Ramón Casás Sabarís
Co-Founder
I am from Spain and now live in Fredrikstad, Norway since 2021. I have a university degree in tourism, and also in logistics. I have worked in sales and as a hotel manager in Spain, and in recent years in shipping logistics, which gave me the opportunity to move to the office in Oslo.
As I have always liked new challenges, and with all my knowledge and experience over the years, and see quite a few parallels and working methods with the wedding industry, it has taken me to start this project together with Nina.
My interest in languages has taken me around the world, living in France, Italy, Great Britain and the French Antilles. I am now fluent in 5 languages written and spoken (Spanish, French, Italian, English and Portuguese), and am already on my way with Norwegian.
My previous experience together with my language skills make it easier to establish business relationships based on trust with our suppliers in our destinations to have a smooth process during planning.
All this together with Nina's experience as a wedding planner I think makes us a unique wedding planning team.

We've made it easy for you
We have created a selection of complete wedding packages for you. Our wedding packages provide a stress-free experience for couples who want to celebrate their love in a beautiful location, without having to worry about the logistics of planning. Trust us to handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying your special day with your loved ones. We have designed quality budget wedding packages at selected destinations. The packages include everything you need and give you a complete wedding celebration.
All prices are set as listed in the package section. These packages are less expensive than tailoring, but all are based on quality to deliver an excellent end product in collaboration with Apollo Sweden and Apollo Norway.
