Prosjekt Bryllup is based on solid experience from both the Norwegian and international wedding markets. Already in 2012, Nina started one of Norway's first professional wedding planning companies, Vakre Bryllup. Over the years, she has planned and executed over 50 weddings in Norway and New York, with a particular focus on the high-end segment. In 2017, she was named one of Norway's leading wedding planners by VG.
José brings a clear international perspective with a background in tourism, sales, hotel management and international trade. With work experience from several European countries and strong language skills, he ensures safe and effective communication with local suppliers at the destination, a crucial factor for a smooth and structured planning process.
Together we combine creativity, experience and structure. We take responsibility for the entire process from choosing the right suppliers to coordinating every detail so that you can feel confident every step of the way, no matter where your wedding is held.

ANDERSEN
In 2012, I started my first wedding planning company, Vakre Bryllup, as one of the first professional wedding planners in Norway. Over the years, I have organized over 50 weddings in both NYC and Norway, with a particular focus on the high-end segment. My unique offering was taking responsibility for the entire process from securing the best suppliers to handling every last detail. With a quality-oriented approach, I built strong partnerships and efficient routines, which led to VG naming me one of Norway’s leading wedding planners in 2017.
In 2018, I sold Vakre Bryllup, but the longing for the industry became too great. That's why I started Prosjekt Bryllup together with José in 2022. Finally, I'm back where I belong.
Today we are well established and offer bespoke weddings, wedding fairs and package weddings in collaboration with Apollo Sweden and Norway for destination weddings. We also have several exciting projects in the pipeline that we look forward to sharing soon.
JOSE RAMON
CASAS SABARIS
I am originally from Spain and have been living in Fredrikstad, Norway, since 2021. I hold a university degree in Business Administration in Tourism, with experience in sales and hotel management in Spain. Additionally, I earned a Diploma as an International Trade Specialist, which allowed me to develop my career in shipping logistics and ultimately led to my relocation to the Oslo office.
My passion for languages has taken me to live in France, Italy, the UK, and the French Antilles. I am fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, English, and Portuguese, and I am currently learning Norwegian. My diverse professional background, combined with my multilingual skills, enables me to build strong business relationships with our suppliers, ensuring a seamless planning process based on trust and effective communication.
