Behind Prosjekt Bryllup are Nina Andersen and Jose Ramon Casas Sabaris, two experienced profiles with different backgrounds, a shared passion and a clear goal: to create personal, accomplished and memorable weddings in Norway and Europe.
With experience in wedding planning, international coordination, design, logistics and collaboration with carefully selected suppliers, they offer a holistic approach to both bespoke and destination weddings.
NINA
ANDERSEN
Nina Andersen holds a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy and leadership. Before becoming a wedding planner, she worked as an educational leader and also held leadership roles in marketing and urban development.
In 2012, she founded her first wedding planning company, Vakre Bryllup, becoming one of the first professional wedding planners in Norway. Over the years, she has organised more than 50 weddings in both New York and Norway, with a particular focus on the high-end segment.
What made her approach unique was her ability to take responsibility for the entire process from securing the very best suppliers to managing every last detail. With a strong commitment to quality, she built solid collaborations and effective routines, which led to VG naming her one of Norway’s leading wedding planners in 2017.
In 2018, she sold Vakre Bryllup, but her passion for the industry remained strong. In 2022, she co-founded Prosjekt Bryllup together with Jose.
Today, they are well established in the market and offer two main services: exclusive bespoke weddings through WeTailor, and pre-customised wedding packages through WePackage, in collaboration with the tour operator Apollo Sweden and Norway for destination weddings.
JOSE RAMON
CASAS SABARIS
I am originally from Spain and have been living in Fredrikstad, Norway, since 2021. I hold a university degree in Business Administration in Tourism, with experience in sales and hotel management in Spain. Additionally, I earned a Diploma as an International Trade Specialist, which allowed me to develop my career in shipping logistics and ultimately led to my relocation to the Oslo office.
My passion for languages has taken me to live in France, Italy, the UK, and the French Antilles. I am fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, English, and Portuguese, and I am currently learning Norwegian.
My diverse professional background, combined with my multilingual skills, enables me to build strong business relationships with our suppliers, ensuring a seamless planning process based on trust and effective communication.
