You will be closely supported by Prosjekt Bryllup throughout the planning phase leading up to your wedding. We are available to assist you whenever needed.

1.- You choose a package, date and book with us

2.- Consultation via Teams with Prosjekt Bryllup

Review of the wedding package
Ongoing planning support
Q&A session

3.- You will receive the following information:

Moodboards based on the first consultation to land the style and expression for the wedding
Menus
Wedding day schedule
Toastmaster's schedule
Wedding ceremony process and paperwork

4.- Four weeks before the wedding

A Teams meeting with Prosjekt Bryllup to review the wedding details, answer questions, and provide guidance

5.- The wedding day

Professional wedding planning throughout the entire planning process, and presence and coordination on the wedding day by Projekt Bryllup Nina & Jose
From the moment the contract is signed until the wedding day, Prosjekt Bryllup is at your disposal and available for meetings as needed. Your peace of mind is important to us.

6.- Optional services (not included in the wedding package):

Menu, wine, and cake tasting
Inspection trip to the destination in September/October, organized together with other couples from Scandinavia
Hair and makeup trial session
Flights and accommodation with Apollo

7.- If you decide to join for an inspection trip to the destination, the following are included:

A guided tour of the hotel to see the spaces for the wedding day
A meeting with Prosjekt Bryllup to go through the entire planning process
Meetings with the local suppliers

8.- For those of you who choose not to join the inspection trip:

A thorough review meeting with Prosjekt Bryllup via Teams

From the moment the contract is signed until the wedding day, Prosjekt Bryllup remains at your disposal, arranging meetings as necessary. Ensuring your security and confidence is our top priority.
